Me, Me, Me!
Everyday for lunch I have ½ a turkey sandwhich, on 7 grain wheat bread. That’s it. Nothing else. I also have a mini can of green beans. (cold) and a small cup of cottage cheese. Y U M
Doesn’t that sound like an awesome lunch? I know your thinking freakin boring right?
That’s alright, I'm about to fill you in on why you should be eating them everyday.
Here is why Green beans are the best.
Where you aware that you can eat all the green beans you freakin want and not put on a pound? Not only are they super low in calories, they are loaded with all kinds of important nutrients.
