Little Mr. Bean

My new friend Kate Hutchinson always sees this kid riding his Big Wheel around their neighborhood. A few weeks ago, he was dressed in a suit, so she figured that he must have just gotten home from a formal event. But when she chatted with his grandfather, she discovered that he had come home from school and decided to dress like Mr. Bean for the rest of the day!
