Many thanks to Awful Announcing for throwing this up on Youtube- this was a great moment from yesterday afternoon. Here we have Zaza, the floppy-haired slack-jawed foreigner who goes to Kurt Rambis Douchebag Fantasy Camp every summer, applying the one-man full court press during a 30-point curbstomping. He and KG have been going back and forth all series, which really just amounted to Zaza delivering kidney punches and other assorted cheap shots while KG ignored him on the other end of the floor. KG is, for some reason, still playing in a game where Hawks are clotheslining our starters... what Doc was thinking is anybody's guess, but in another ends-justify-the-means luckbox moment that has defined Doc's coaching career, he gave his star player the moment he was craving from Game 1- to humiliate Zaza. KG was given the opportunity to level that punkass Zaza, who didn't even seem aware that KG was within 45 feet of him, with a hard shoulder check in the open floor. Then, instead of engaging in another lame shoving match, KG decided to ignore Zaza so he could make the least convincing argument about getting called for a foul unfairly ever in the history of basketball.
