I thought yesterday's Europe live picture of the day was about as awkward as they come until this little miracle came around. Apparently, Ray Ray rode his Vespa in a designated "no Vespa zone". Either that or that is one of those Italian fashion cops, displeased with the clashing red helmet/green shirt/blue vespa/not-white look Ray Ray sported. In any case, the cop blatantly disregarded the NBA's ban on the no no no finger, channeling his inner Mutombo to tell Ray just that (I*Heart*Celtics translation department tells me that's "no, no, no" in Italian).
Meanwhile, you can see a sliver of Brian Scalabrine on the left side of the photograph laughing the whole time. Our favorite 1/4 Italian must be living it up in Italy with a last name like his.
