I wish I knew the history of refs getting fined better. The last time I remember it happening was when Joey Crawford flipped out on Tim Duncan. Well, it happened again- Bill Kennedy was fined an "undisclosed amount" by the league. Well deserved, it looked like he was actively goading Doc. People were commenting that Doc's comments after the game were ridiculous, as if the ref couldn't have possibly been such a dick to him, but it looked weird in live time and we believed the good Doctor. He may be a wildly erratic X's and O's coach, but he's not a ref abuser.
